Smell Good Charm Necklace

As soon as I received the necklace I immediately put it on my malti-poo, Blu. He took 2 steps and the necklace fell off of him and all the beads/pearls and charms fell to the floor, scattering everywhere. This is the 2nd necklace I bought him from The Pawster that broke within seconds of me putting it on him. It broke in the middle of the small gold wire, not at the clasp. The gold bar just broke in two pieces. I am very disappointed about this as I loved the look of this necklace.
